CONDO / APARTMENT INSPECTIONS

Know the Condition of Your Condo

Condominiums have many of the same systems found in detached homes, while also having unique considerations related to strata ownership and maintenance responsibilities.

Our condo and apartment inspections focus on the readily accessible components within the unit and other areas included within the agreed inspection scope.

Depending on the property, this may include accessible plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems, ventilation, windows, doors, interior finishes, and other applicable components.

Where a condition appears to involve a component or area outside the individual unit or outside the inspection scope, we can identify the concern and recommend appropriate follow-up.
